Since the beginning we have guaranteed customer satisfaction. When buying items off the website we are happy to provide additional detail photos and/or condition reports at your request. Online catalog purchases are returnable provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition in which it was received. Our conditions of refund are: that the item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received, that we must be notified within two days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them, items must be shipped back to BABA One of a Kind within four business days of receipt of goods, and the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to BABA One of a Kind.
The above refund policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without first hand examination in our showroom. Items purchased in our showroom excluding sale and consigned items, may be returned within 7 days for an in-store credit.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The purchase price does not include shipping or packing. Various shipping options are available, depending on your location and the item purchased. We are happy to consult with you on shipping and packing options at the time of purchase. All items must be removed or delivery arrangements made within five working days from the purchase date unless other arrangements are made. BABA One of a Kind is waived from any damages that may occur to any item(s) left longer than ten days on our premises. Unclaimed items will be subject to a storage fee of 5% of the purchase price per month.

We do our best to insure the accuracy of prices and availability of items listed on our website, however prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any errors or omissions.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Personal Check(with proper indentification), Paypal. If paying by check, purchase will be shipped after the check has cleared. Items cannot be released without full payment.
As a courtesy to our clients, we will hold an item for three business days.
